Bach Flower Remedies

The Bach Flower system of plant and flower-based remedies was developed in the 1930s by Dr. Edward Bach, a physician and homeopath who was convinced that emotional wellbeing was key to overall health. Dr. Bach spent his life exploring the use of flowers and plants to bring a simple, natural and gentle approach to emotional balance. He eventually went on to create The Bach Centre in Oxfordshire, England, where he developed the remedies as we know them today.

Many people are familiar with Rescue Remedy, which is a mixture of 5 Bach Flower remedies – Clematis, Star of Bethlehem, Rock Rose, Crab Apple and Impatiens.
There are 38 Bach Flower remedies; support for almost any emotional stumbling blocks we might have.

With Francisca you can co-create your own remedy from a deck of pictures of each of the Remedies. Years ago Francisca realised that choosing in this fashion really helps a person get to the root, or core, of what’s going on. It’s no secret we are often hardest on ourselves and getting the intellect out of the way to allow our intuition to come to the fore is a perfect way to achieve this.
